The 27-year old is seeking her second LPGA win. Her first came at the 2011 Kraft Nabisco Championship. She’s been one of the most consistent players in the world since then, with 14 top-10 finishes.

Brittany Lincicome and Karin Icher are Lewis’s closet pursuers. Lincicome’s 67 put her alone in second place at 12-under par 204 while Icher signed for a 68 that put her at 205 heading into Sunday’s final round.

Sun Young Yoo and Lindsey Wright are at 206 while six players, including Karrie Webb, Lexi Thompson, and Natalie Gulbis are at 207.
Lewis played her first nine holes in even par on Saturday before recording a 5-under par 31 coming in. She played her last four holes in three under par.

“I think I was just really impatient (on the front nine) and kind of tried to force things,” she said, “tried to force some putts in and my speed wasn't very good.

“I made the turn, and on 12 I was in the fairway bunker and hit a really good shot to about eight feet, and I don't know, that just seemed to really calm me down.  I made birdie there and it just calmed me down and I hit some really great shots coming in.”

Wright secured a spot in the Sybase Match Play Championship with her round on Saturday. She had the lowest 54-hole total among players who had not already qualified.
