Thailand offers the royal treatment on and off the fairways. Smiling uniformed caddies greet golfers at every course and cater to every need during the round. After golf, a traditional Thai massage is professional and cheap, working out the kinks from the links. An evening river cruise is as magical as any Disney show.  We flew through Tokyo after their earthquake and here in Thailand one shook last night but on we go to the next course, unshaken, undaunted, nothing will keep us from our appointed rounds.
